Cats won!!

Today was the game of the year... Cat vs Griz game (Montana State vs Univ of Montana). No tickets available... they sold out the day they went on sale. It was in Bozeman this year and it would have been great to go. Most likely it was our quaterback's last game. Only chance he will play more is if we make it to the playoffs but the chances are slim. But as the announcers kept saying, we might be seeing him playing Sundays from now on so we can only hope he gets picked for a NFL team!

Anyways the game... The Griz were favored... In the history of the matchup, they have the most wins... but the Cats won today!!! 16-6. Almost was a shut out but they managed a touchdown in the 3rd quarter. Actually, the game was a lot closer than it should have been. I think they were saying there were 21-28 points that should have been. We walked all over them. Was a worrisome moment at one point when our QB limped off the field but he was back in on the next drive limp and all. Between that and the field conditions (very muddy and hard to stay up), he was not able to break a couple of the all-time records that he was very close to. That is upseting because he deserves them. But he ended his career as 3-1 against the Griz which is awesome!

Ok, for those of you still with me, onto other news. This house is going to be crazy next week. We will have me, Dave, Emma, Mary (D's mom), Dan (D's brother), Kathryn and Bill (Mary's cousins), my dad, mom and sister, Donna all here for Thanksgiving.

Emma... The other night I was tossing one her balls from the couch into the kitchen and she would run and get it and we would repeat. I went to throw it and did not let go and she looks at me "Baubble (ball) over there!" and pointed at the kitchen. First sentance I think! Possibly before now, but we were never quite sure.

I guess she is really loving gymnastics. I was picking Dave's work check up Friday. Their door is glass with a push handle across it and Iturned around and she is hanging from it trying to swing! So we had a talk about how that is not the same as the bar she swings on at gymnastics class!
